While driving on a 4-wheel dirt road in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming, I saw a pronghorn about a football field away. I turned the Jeep off to see what the pronghorn would do. To my surprise, the pronghorn came right up to the Jeep to investigate, while I snapped photo after photo. What a precious moment. "Curious Pronghorn" was published in the Grand Teton National Park Foundation's May 2012 eNewsletter. (Image Number: 1519)

Since as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for capturing events -- be it with the written word or through photography. While in college hitting the books for my journalism career, I took several photography classes in an attempt to give myself some balance.
